AFC WEST CHAMPS

GO CHARGERS!!!
So last night the Chargers played the Broncos in the battle for AFC West champs and a spot in the playoffs. What a game. The Chargers stomped all over the Broncos in a 52-21 win. It was Awesome. Now some would say who cares the Chargers are only an 8-8 team. But I say that doesn't matter. What matters is they are going into the playoffs on a big high, and three game winning streak. So next Saturday at 8pm Et they will take on the Colts. I know the Colts are a good team, I just happen to think my Chargers are better and that they will upset the Colts again this year as they did last year! I'm looking forward to it. But no matter what happens next week, I am just happy that we got the win over the broncos last night. It always feels good to beat denver!! (I still love all of you who are Denver fans)here's a picture of Isaac and I watching our Chargers win!

Merry Christmas

So once again Christmas comes and goes super fast. We enjoyed a quiet Christmas at home in Ohio....I would have preferred a much noisier one in Utah with my family. But we had a good day. David's parents came up in the afternoon and stayed through dinner. The kids sure love having them around and I admit I enjoy the help they give. The kids had a very exciting day as they got a puppy for Christmas. She provided the most entertainment for the day. Her name is Rosie and she is a Doxin Poodle mix. It's like having another baby in the house. Last night I was wondering what I have gotten myself into. Atleast when she cries through the night I can ignore her! So we hope you all had great Christmas's and enjoyed family and friends while keeping in mind the reason for the season! I am thankful for my Savior Jesus Christ and for his birth and ultimate sacrifice. I do not know how I would have made it through this year with out His love to surround me.
Here are a few pictures of our Christmas morning.

WOW! What a Weekend

So I got to have a weekend away. My first time with out the baby. I admit I missed her and the other kids, but it was still really nice. Sleeping through the night 2 nights in a row. And for good measure, Eviee slept through the night last night as well. 12 hours straight. She hasn't done that since we were in Utah. Way to go Eviee, hopefully it will be the new norm. So My weekend started early Saturday morning. My plane left Dayton Ohio at 7:41am. I got to Kansas City at 10:45am. Amanda picked me up and on the way to her house, we picked up lunch. Then after getting her kids down for naps, we left them with her husband Bryan and headed to the mall. We shopped and just enjoyed ourselves, both with out kids. We went to dinner, thought about catching a movie(Twilight again for the both of us)but when we thought about the early start we'd have to get the next day we decided against it. So Sunday rolls around, time for the game! I am so excited! We have field access passes.

And even passes for free food. What more could a person want! We get to the stadium, Arrowhead (the loudest stadium) we meet up with a friend of Amanda's. His name is Steve and he works with Amanda's husband Bryan. Steve is there to show us the ropes. We get to enter the stadium by way of the players tunnel. How cool is that. The we walk right down to the field. As we are walking around it's not long before Charger players are coming out to the field for warm ups. There they were running plays right in front of me. It was Awesome. Then at game time, I was standing right at the tunnel entrance so when the players ran out I was right there to see them go past. I was in heaven. I watched the whole game from the sidelines. Standing right there next to the photographers. It was so sweet. the only thing wrong was that we were getting our butts kicked! I was not happy. During halftime, I was in the tunnel by the Chiefs locker room, so when they came out I said to a few of them "you guys are kicking our butts, stop it!" hee hee, I kept getting all kinds of looks and some remarks from fans due to being in my SD Tomlinson jersey, but I didn't care. I loved every minute of it. So with like 1:20 left in the game the Chargers go for an on sides kick and recover it! Yes! Down the field they come and score the TD that put them up 22-21. They missed on a two point try. But left only like 36 secs for the chiefs to score. There attempted field goal to win the game was missed! Yes we win!!!!! I was jumping a cheering with the players running past me to the locker room, and the last player off the field ran right next to me and I put my hand up and got a high five from Philip Rivers, the guy that just won the game with his 2 touchdown passes! SWEET SWEET SWEET! This trip was heaven. Of course it was freezing cold!! The day started out at 60 degrees, it was 40 by came time and 22 by the end of the game...but did I care? Heck no! There you have it, my wonderful weekend. Here are a few pictures. I hope to get the rest off my phone soon.

Here is Antonio Cromartie during warm ups

This is Darren Sproles

And here is me, with the temperature at the end of the game

WOW! December Already

I can't believe how fast this year has gone by. I wish i could say it's been a great one. But who would I be kidding, ya'll know it's pretty much sucked for me. So I can't say I'll be sad to see it end. I just wish it didn't have to end with the holidays. It's only making it worse. I'm trying really hard to be positive and keep my chin up, but this was my mom's favorite time of the year and everywhere I look I think of her. It helps that I have a lot of her decorations up in my house now. Plus this was suppose to be the year we went out to Utah for Christmas and once again I have to stay here.....always. That's pulls at my heart strings a bit. Christmas just isn't the same with out all my family around. I love David's family, but they just don't do things like the Quinney's do and I like the Quinney way. Well I made it through Thanksgiving, I will make it through Christmas too...with maybe just a few more tears.
Sorry didn't mean to be depressing. Not too much has been going on here. We went and had our family picture taken last weekend, so I will post that when we get it back. I have been busy working on Christmas presents. I do enjoy that. I am going on a trip this coming weekend. My friend Amanda moved to Blue Springs, MO back in May and her husband works for Turner Construction and is currently working on the new Kansas City Cheifs staidum, so he can get tickets to the games and so I am going to visit and see the Chargers play the Cheifs next Sunday. I am so excited. I wish the Chargers had been doing better, but I am sure they will have no problems beating the Cheifs. So I get to be gone Saturday, Sunday and get home Monday afternoon and all by myself. No baby. I can't wait to sleep all through the night. It'll be a good time. Thanks Amamnda for being a great friend. I can't wait to hang out and catch up like old times!
The kids are doing well. everyone is moving along. Eviee is crawling now and she loves to get around. Isaac is as cute as ever, keeping us etertained. Eliza and Elana like to be more grown up then they are. Fun times!!
Here is Eliza in her Hannah Montana outfit she got for her birthday from Annie

Here is Eviee checking herself out in the oven door, I couldn't get the picture of her kissing herself, hee hee she kept looking at me

And here's all the kids hanging out on the couch watching The Polar Express

TWILIGHT

Yeah!!!! I got to go to the midnight showing of Twilight on Thursday night. It was so much fun. There was a group of about 16 of us. Mostly college girls from church, but it was fun. My friend Lisa is friends of the movie theater manager/owner and so we didn't have to wait in the line that was like a block long some people started lining up at 8pm. So why others waited and froze outside, we got to hang out at "You're Fired" painting and eating and talking. Then at just after 11pm we headed to the theater next door. Let's just say the reception from those in line was anything but nice. But hey every now and then some of us get lucky. And I have no doubt that if given the chance any of those girls who were complaining would have done what we did. So we were the first in to the theather that quickly filled up with mostly college girls, and there where a few guys there too. All anxious for the movie to start. I was a bit nervous about how good it would be. I think the book is excellent and I wanted the movie to be too. I was not disappointed. I admit I laughed at some of the scenes, but all in all I really enjoyed it and can't wait to see it again. I think the actor who played Edward did a great job, and he is really "hot" too. So that fit right in with the Edward that I "loved" from the book. I can't wait for them to do the next one. I hope they are doing a next one and that it comes out soon. So if you haven't seen it yet, go see it. If you haven't read the books....what are you waiting for???? Four big stars from this Twilighter!!

Nothing Exciting Going On

I thought I'd better get an update. Not that too much has been going on. Eliza did have her birthday this past weekend. She is the big 7 now. It's amazing how time really does fly. She got to have to parties. One was on Saturday at "You're Fired" our local pottery painting place, she had a joint party with her friend Emily who also turned 7. So that was fun. The on Sunday we had grandma and grandpa over and the Leishmans who are more like family then just friends. I forgot my camera on Saturday so as soon as I get the pictures from Emily's mom then I will post them. Eliza even got to have more fun when Annie's present arrived in the mail yesterday. Thank you Annie, the outfit and Boots were a hit. Picture to come soon.
I am excited this week to go see Twilight!! We are having a pre party at "You're Fired" and then going to the midnight showing. I can't wait!!! I hope the movie is as good as the book. I should read the book again before Thursday just to refresh my memory.
It is down to the finals for Dancing with the Stars after tonight. I am rooting for Brooke Burke and I think either Lance Bass or Cody Linley. But I think Brooke will win. She's really good and dang I wish I looked like that after 4 kids. Maybe I should take up dancing, don't know when I'd have time to go, but I think I would like it. Especially if Derek Hough was my coach!!
Well have a good week and I'll post pictures soon.

Finally it's Over

So Yeah I got to vote yesterday! I hope you did too. I can't say that I am thrilled with the outcome for presdent, but what can you do. Besides my vote was really still with Mitt Romney! :) I think it's an going to be a very interesting time for our country. I'm not much into politics and I am so glad not to have tosee any more campagain ads, they make me so mad. But I do want what's best for the country and I hope and pray Pres-elect Obama can do that. Obviously a lot of things he believes in or supports go against my beliefs and I wish that was different but that is just one of the things that makes our coutry great. Excepting differences and finding common ground. I look forward to seeing how things work. I atleast feel good that listening to him doesn't give me the heebee jeebees unlike the Clintons did. So that's a good thing. It has been fun watching the girls take in bits of the news and conversations. Eliza wanted Mccain to win and was sad when I told her the news this morning, but Elana was an Obama supporter, due to I think her grandma's views. So as she watched a bit of news last night, she repeated,"it's going to be a party in Chicago". She cracks me up.
Well here's to the best for our country. Pray Pray Pary is all we can do.

This was Fun

I'm a Rosalie! I found out through TwilightersAnonymous.com. Which Twilight Female Are You? Take the quiz and find out!
Take the Quiz and Share Your Results!

I can't wait for the movie!

BOO!!

We are back from trick or treating, the kids are in bed and ahhhh halloween has come to an end! The kids had fun tonight, Isaac was just so cute running to the doors. He got lots of Ahhhh's from the ladies. Such a handsome boy. I even "dressed" up. I was a Charger as the girls called me.

Of course 3 nights of trick or treating with 3 kids getting candy is bound to be a lot and sure enough it is. How's this for hitting the jackpot?

This should last all year long. If you have a favorite let us know and we'll mail you some!!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!

So Halloween in Oxford is like a week long event. It started last Sunday the 26th. Trick or treating in the dorms. I took Eliza and Elana while David stayed home with the babies who were both a sleep. Here's what the girls looked like that night.

And here is Eliza looking through her loot from that night...

So after dorms on sunday it's uptown trick or treating and costume parade on Thursday. So that's where we were last night. Isaac got to join in on this fun and doesn't he look like a handsome devil?!

All three of them before we left

Then here they all are with dad

Of course all this fun was way more than Eviee could handle

And now we are waiting for Papaw to get here and daddy to get home so we can go out once again and get more candy! Yeah. I will post more pictures later tonight.
And durning this fun halloween week, Eviee turned 7 months and has decided that she might want to crawl, so she's been working on it.

I can't believe time is going by so fast.
Happy Halloween and safe Trick or Treating to all.

What We've Been Up To!

I can't believe I have gone so long without blogging. Sorry to those of you who check in often. I have no excuse. So this morning the girls are on the bus, the babies are sleep (yeah) and for once I don't feel dog tired so I thought now or never. The trick is going to be remembering what we've done. Nothing too exciting I'm sure.
One thing I thought of was about 2 weeks ago Eliza and Elana were in the bathroom, (they like to have company), well our bathroom door had been sticking so the key was don't shut the door all the way, well opps they shut it and it stuck and there was no getting it open. I was laughing and listening to Eliza you would have thought she was stuck on a rock in the middle of the river on the edge of a water fall. Not in a bathroom, where they had taken books and toys. I had to call David to come home and then he had to spend 30minutes removing the door knobs so they could come out. Talk about your gloris rescue. It was hilarous. I wish I'd had the camcorder on.
ELIZA- still loves school, though doesn't like the fact that Elana gets to do some things that she doesn't since Elana is home early. She started Violin lessons a few weeks ago, here she is with her violin

she really seems to be enjoying it, but is also aware that it might be harder then she thought! Go figure..
ELANA- She enjoys school as well and seems to be doing well. She only goes half day so when she gets home she is real good about playing with Isaac and Eviee. She also likes me to read to her and she likes to color. here is one of her masterpieces,

She is also not much of a morning person and this morning had to run to the bus without breakfast because she did not what to get out of bed (it's cold) and she doesn't know how to hurry. I felt bad, because she was crying. Hopefully she will have learned her lesson that she needs to get up when I tell her too.
ISAAC- what a cutiepatootie and a big stinker. He has learned to like watching movies so when he gets up in the morning, while I'm changing his diaper he says "I wan watch cars" or "I wan watch Egio" aka Dora and Diego. Then he says and "I wan fafle" aka waffle. Same routine each day, it's very cute. I give him a kiss and say "I love you" and he runs off and says "love". it's sooo cute. He also loves to play with Eviee, here he is doing just that,

That's a trick he learned from his sisters. They like to cover him up with the laundry basket.
EVIEE- she is almost 7 months now. At her 6 month check up she was 14lbs 5oz and I think 25 and 3/4 inches. She's getting big. She loves to sit in her walker and boy can she get around. Going into the kitchen and playing with the magnents is one of her favorites, but she'll take whatever she can get a hand on. She's also teething so everything goes in the mouth. Here are a few pictures of that.

Eviee has also been getting more solids to eat and she is doing a great job. Here's a picture of her eating pears for the first time. Just imagine you can see the shoulder shudder that goes along with it, it was really funny.

So there you have it. I know this is one long blogging session, but hopefully you are all up to date now. I'll blog again soon and put in my two cents about Dancing with the Stars and so on. Until then. Love to all and mostly to my nephew Bryson who's still in the hospital but is doing great. Way to go Bug! Hugs from Auntie Sara

Prayers for Bryson

Just wanted to ask any who read this blog to put my nephew Bryson in your prayers. he had major heart surgery today. It looks as if things have gone well and he is in recovery, but the recovery will be a few weeks. So that means my bro and sis in law are away from there 3 other children a lot the next few weeks. PLease keep them all in your prayers as I know this is a hard time for them. I really hate that I am so far away at times like this when I would really like to be apart of helping or just hugging if I could. It's also a time when I miss my mom even more because she was more of my direct line as to all that was going on. But you can check out their blog at www.quinneyfamily.blogspot.com to see some pictures and see the updates of how Bryson is doing. I really admire my brother and his family because they go through a lot during all this and their faith is strong.
Well I have a crying baby that needs me. She's running a temp of 103.5 right now. Not sure what's going on there. Once again the pain of grammy being gone is called to the front. Well to avoid tears of my own I'm outta here.
We love you Bryson, hang tough and get well soon.

Catching up on the week

Another week went by and though I ment to post I never did. So now I have to play catch up.
DANCING WITH THE STARS
I don't know if you watch this show, but I love it. I'm not sure who my favorite is just yet, but I really like Derick Hough, i'm not sure who his partner is. A Brooke something or other, but I think she is good. I also like Julieann Hough, who is dancing with Cody "Jake Ryan" from Hannah Montana. He's got some style and last but not least Warren Sapp is doing a pretty good job. Why they haven't sent Cloris Leachman home yet is beyond me. I admire her for doing it at her age 82, but she's bad!
AMERICA'S GOT TALENT
Oh my gosh!! I have to say I was really bummed. I thought it was going to be Eli Mattson. Don't get me wrong, Neal E Boyd has a great voice, but just not who I wanted to see take it all. But he will be good and all of the top 5 will get some kind of work I am sure, they were all really good.
ELIZA'S VIOLIN
So I don't know if I have mentioned that Eliza has been bugging me most of this year to play the violin. I don't know where it came from or why she is so interested. Well a new family at church has a 17 year old daughter Emily, who plays and has agreed to give Eliza lessons to see if she really wants to put the work in to learn. Wednesday was a great event taking Eliza down to the music store to rent her a violin. She was so happy and so cute, she has waited forever. Lessons start next Friday and I will be sure to post a picture of her with her violin.
CHARGERS
What a day. I can't believe the Chargers lost to the Dolphins. It's really sad and I hate the fact that I don't get to see the games so I don't ever get to really know what happened. Next week is a Sunday night game against New England and I can't wait to see that. They have to win because NE is David's team and he can't have that satisfaction.
CONFERENCE
I really enjoyed watching conference this weekend. I felt the spirit a lot and cried some. I am thankful for the gospel and all of it's teachings, but especially the truth of Eternal families. That is what gets me through the hard days. They talked about that today and I enjoyed the gentle reminder. I know God lives and that Jesus is the Christ. I know that I can be with my family for eternity, and I know I have a lot to do to be worthy of it. And I am thankful that with God all things are possible.
My love to you all!

The Weekend is here!

Well wednesday night I mentioned the young women were coming over to watch the kids and Lisa was taking me out. So she came and brought the kids dinner so I didn't have to cook. That was great, so when the yw arrived I was told I was being taken for a mani and pedi! Woo hoo, I needed that. So on our way we stopped at Sonic and Lisa bought my dinner, then we went to the nail salon, which I hadn't been to since February and they had done all this new remodeling, it was georgeous. You'd think you were in some high class hotel or something. So anyways I got my pedicure first, Lisa left to run an errand then she came back bringing me ice cream, yum cold stone! My feet got done then my hands and I even got my eyebrows waxed. I left feeling like a new woman. It was wonderful. My biggest thanks to Lisa and Angie who went in it together. You guys are the best of friends. Thanks to the young women for playing with the kids, even letting me leave Eviee as well. It was some much needed relaxation.

So because of all that fun, I missed AGT, but was able to see all the acts on the computer the next day. Everyone was so good, it's really hard to decided. But I think if I thought about who I would want to go see in Vegas it would have to be Eli Mattson. The guy is good, plus what can I say he's Hot too! I just love his smile. It makes him worth it. But I think no matter who wins it'll be okay because I like them all. Then last night (Friday) the kids went down to david's mom's for the night. and perhaps for tonight too. I miss them, but at the same time enjoy the quiet. Now I have to get to cleaning the house and doing the laundry. Fun Stuff. Don't forget to cheer on the Chargers as they take on the Radiers tomorrow.

Just an Update

First I have to say Go Chargers! I know they didn't fair so well the first two weeks, but from here on out there on a roll. I can feel it.

So tonight I am excited for two things. First the young women are coming over to watch my kids while I go out and david is at work. A bit of a service project I guess. I'm not going to complain. Eviee has had me up so much in the night lately I need something different. So Lisa is coming to get me, she's even bringing the kids dinner so I don't have to cook and then she is taking me somewhere. I don't even know. I'm hoping we are going for pedicures because I need one desperatly. Then when I get home it will be time to watch AGT, the final 5! I just can't decide who I want to win. I love Eli Mattson, Nuttin but Stringz and I think Donald Braswell is really good. So it should be a good night. Well that's what's going on here. Here's a picture of Eviee she's almost 6 months now, and a picture of Isaac. This is what happens when I get in the shower! Good Grief. :)

Storm Damage

I finally got those pictures of our downd tree. It was the tallest tree in our back yard and stands right in the middle of it. This first picture is what it looked like when in fell

this is where it landed

then this is what it looked like after the rest of it came down

that last piece which really could have landed on the house, if not for the changing of the winds. From South to North, our house is north of the tree they started coming in from the west and the big ol branch landed here

here's what the front yard looked like, with tons of branches down from the neighbors tree

Clean up began in the front yard but the backyard still looks bad. Lowes was all out of chainsaws. So maybe next weekend.

Wow! What a Week.

So Sunday blew in with a force. Hurricane force that is. Well just about. We got hit with remnets of Hurricane Ike and boy was it windy. Steady winds of 30-40mph and guts up to 70mph did some damage to these parts. The electricity went off at about 2pm on Sunday and ours did not come back until Tuesday morning. 100's of thousands of people are still with out power tonight. Even parts of Oxford. So needless to say it's been crazy around here. We had a huge tree in our backyard come down. Not all of it just the top half and we consider ourselves very blessed that it did not fall on our house. Because I really thought it would, even though I tried to reassure the girls that it would not. Thankfully it did not. I have pictures to post and will do that tomorrow. Right now I have to go tend to a crying baby. Another part of my crazy week is that all my kids seem to be sick in one way or another. Eviee had me up pretty much all night. She slept in my arms but once I put her down with in an hour or less I was up again. Isaac doesn't feel well, and Eliza says her ear hurts and that it hurts to breathe and Elana, who coughs a little tries to tell me she's sick.(Help Mom!) Then if that's not enough, david has a cold as well. I think I need to run away for a day or two. Thankfully both of the girls are back to school tomorrow. But then it's the weekend again. I'm tired. My love to the little "bug" as he gets ready to go in for surgery. We are thinking of you and love you little man.

Looking for the Top Ten

So last night was a good night for AGT. I liked most of the acts. But I'm thinking my favorites for sure to go all the way are Eli Mattson, Nuttin But Strings,(this is Eliza's favorite)and Donald Braswell. Definitly looking for the Zooper Stars to get kicked off tonight. I mean really how dumb can you get. I don't see any talent there, just goofiness. It will be a tough road for the top ten, cause there are some good acts.
I also want to apoligize for yesterday's entry and as sad as it seemed. I am really doing okay most of the time, I think yesterday was just a hard day and I don't even know why, so I vented a little and that always helps. I don't need an orginized support group, justmy family and friends. Thanks for your concern. To my family who along with me have been on an "emotional" diet I say lets promise today to stop. I say let's hit the " I want to live" diet! I need it and all the support I can get I will take. I want to lose 100lbs and I want to do it 1 lb at a time! I start now!! Who's with me??? Love you all! Time to go watch Hannah Montana with the girls! :)

Another Week of AGT and life

So not too much going on. The girls are enjoying school, and I enjoy the mornings while they are away. It's fun to hang out with just Isaac and Eviee. I usually have 30min to an hour after the girls get on the bus until they wake up, so I can clean up the house and do dishes. I'm trying to get in the habit of reading my scriptures during that time. I've started in the D&C. Ideally I'll have been up early and been showered, so far that's only happened once. I really want to be getting up and exercizing before David leaves for work, but since I can't seem to get myself to bed early I don't get up. I am blaming my late nights on depression. Where once in my life I choose to sleep when I was depressed, now for some reason I don't want to go to bed. So I read, and I read a lot. As a matter of fact in the past 5 days I read 11 books. And I feel lost now that I don't have one handy to read. So I'm going to try and re focus my energy into something a little more healthy and productive like exercise and losing weight. Dr. Phil is doing another weight loss challenge thing so I'm going to try and work with that. I'm ready! Enough of that. Who watched AGT last night? Yahoo, Indiggo got the boot, couldn't stand to have to watch them again. Out of last nights talents I really like Paul Salos (Frank Sinatra), Neal E. Boyd and Daniel Sans I think, he's the solider guy. But tonight my favorites perform, so I'm looking forward to that. Well that's life around here. Not too exciting, just busy and steady. If you have a good book to recommend I'd like to hear about it. Oh yeah, one more thing, I got a new calling at church. Right before I came to Utah I had been called to be the 3rd Sunday teacher in RS, but last week I was called to be the primary choister! I'm a little sacred, I will not lie. I'm not sure how good I will be, but I am excited to learn and be back in primary. So if you have any great ideas I will take those too.

America's Got Talent

So has anyone else been watching this show? Last night was something else. First off, I do believe Peirs liked x'd mostof the acts. I thought he put them there in the first place. Anyway I just wanted to share my favorites. I think the cutiepatootie, Katlin is just a doll. Don't think she can handle a vegas show, but she's way too cute. Then I've always been a fan of Donald Braswell, I think it's because he sang "you raise me up" the first time so I know my mom would like him, plus he has a good voice. But last night I noticed Eli Mattson for the first time. He sings and plays the piano. WOW he was good and to top it off, he has a great smile and great eyes. He'd be a good show! Can't wait til next week, to see those awful Indiggo girls get the boot, how they made it this far is beyond me, it definitly wasn't because of any real talent!! Would love to know who you are routing for or maybe even voting for!

Elana's Birthday Party

On saturday we had Elana's party at a place called Miami Whitewater, Parky's Piarite Cove! It's a big splash pad. everyone had a great time and it was a georgeous day. Of course the party was a hannah montana theme. We played in the water, ate pizza had cake and opened presents. What more could a girl ask for. We even took a trip out on the lake in a pedal boat. Boy were my legs tired! Elana's friends that were able to make it, were Sage, Sequoia, Ella and Joshua. Plus Eliza and Isaac. She wishes more friends could have come, but it was labor day weekend and they just weren't able. We had fun with all. Yesterday the girls and I spent the afternoon swimming at my friend Angies house. I didn't have my camera, but they had a great time. We love hanging out at Angies and have been doing so most summers since Eliza was a baby. Today everyone's back in school and that's just great for me. It's nice to have a few hours of quite in the morning. Went and got my hair cut this morning. Walked there with Isaac and Eviee, I'm determined to do more walking on these mornings where I only have the two little ones. It's time to get off the depression diet and move on and lose some weight! Wish me luck!

Elana's First Day of School

So I just put Elana on the bus, for her first day of school. She was so excited. She was the first one up this morning and even wanted to go to bed at 3:30 yesterday afternoon so she could get to school today. It's nice to come back in the house and have it be quiet. Isaac and Eviee are still in bed. I might get to close my eyes for a few minutes. How nice would that be. So Elana is in half day kindergarten so she will get home around 12:00 today. I have plenty to do to keep me busy, starting with getting ready for her birthday party on Saturday. She's going to be 5 tomorrow. David's home, he took the day off to do some work on the shed he's building. So I might even get to run some errands child free. That makes the work go faster.
Well here's pictures of Elana on her big first day!
